Pick 'n Pay clothing

I have bought socks from Pick 'n Pay Worcester and found it damaged when I opened the pack. I took it to my local Pick 'n Pay Robertson who wouldn't exchange damaged goods, as I bought it from corporate and they are family. I have found them reluctant in the past as well to take back returns for Pick n Pay online purchases. When shopping in another town I will choose shops where I can still return it locally. Do keep in mind that with Pick n Pay this is not the case. I will definitely think twice about buying from Pick n Pay again.
