Pick n pay clothing account ****

Pic n pay clothing are ****** and ****mers. They get you to open an account and they never send you a statement and double charge the customers they are not transparent. I opened an account with my wife took items worth R259. Then the amounts of R100 + 70+ 50 +80 all amounts paid in one month Totalling to R300 then the next month they debited the amount of R179 was debited by pick n pay totalling to the amount of R 479, which means an interest of R220 was charged. As if like that is not enough call centre agents now haras my wife by calling 7 times a day, however when calling their customer care number it's an automated thing which leads no where at the end the call just gets dropped without giving a customer the current balance. The numbers are ***plus *** all with no help.
