**** Pick ‘n Pay Clearwater with a **** store manager

How many times must I complain about Pick N pay Clear water. I’m not someone that swears but I’m ****en tired of a shop that is opposite my house but I cannot go to because of the service. I must rather drive down the road to checkers or Spar to get better service.

1. Pick ‘n Pay Clearwater has the ****en useless store manager I have ever seen. Every time you approach him it’s like he just don’t give a dam. Keeps on apologising but never makes the change. 2. When ever you go to the shop there are always only 2 or 3 tills open. At about 17:55 I stood in the line at the express tills with my trolly because 1 cashier was available out the other side and 2 at the express till. Keep in mind the store has 17+ tills. 3. The customer services manager is just standing around and talking, next minute takes her bag and go home. 4. There is never anybody at the fruit and veg to assist you. 5. You will be lucky to find someone at the cigarette counter

I’m so ****ed off at this as I have complained about this and have been in contact with the area manager before but it seems like nothing is being done.

This is ridiculous and pathetic if this is the service Pick ‘n Pay thrives on.
