PICK N PAY CLAREMONT *** POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am so disgusted of the customer service treatment that i have been receiving at the Pick n pay in Claremont. i was served by a cashier called Takalani Muthelwana. I have asked her if i can do a cash back. she said no, i asked her if she cant request from another till. she said no shes busy. i am currently working in customer service. i atleast excepted her to atleast me ask her colleagues or line manager to check on other tills. the previous i went to enquire about the Aramex courier. the FRONT LINE SUPERIER was just staring at his phone until i had to ask him if he can actually assist me. i deeply disgusted with the stinking attitude of that store have. i do believe nothing is done to them no wonder the employee react like that. siesss
