Pick n pay claim

Good day

I wrote my complain here on hellopetter, but I have not received any feedback from pick n pay, I had to call the pick n pay call centre to do a follow up I was speaking to an agent called Brandon he said he escalated my query to relevant & the regional manager & Brandon said his surprised they have not called me yet concerning this complain I told him no one has called me.

Pick n pay Northgate mall please resolve my query
