Pick n Pay Circle Centre ****med Me

My name is Zoliswa I live in cape town, table View on the 29/ 02 /2024 at 20:40 i was assisted by a guy at the till by the name of Ludwe and i was buying electricity and my card come back with a slip saying Not authorized i tryd again and it said declain i quickly went to the ATM as my fone was off ... and i found out on the first Attempt Pick n pay took my Money value of R629.99 and the gave me nothing i was running around printing bank statement to show the money did went off and i gave them all the Slips funny enough now they are saying the lost the Slip that says Not Authorized. And i have to go to standard bank and tell them what happened and i really need my money The Manager is Monica kokera Pick n pay Circle centre *** and my number is ***. I am very hurt and this has been going for so long and all of this i want to be paid for my patrol running around for something they did wrong from their side.
