I have a problem with management of this store they never alocate two people to work at their parcel counter or better yet put a reliver for tea breaks and lunch breaks, most of the time when I go there there's no one at the parcel counter and then the security will tell me to put my items wherever then take the number, today it happened again fortunately the guy that was allocated to work there showed up and he said he had no choice but leave because it was his tea break and management didn't put someone else to relieve him it's very sad to see management putting staff members through such situations. Pick n pay chrishani mall please try to for this problem because we can't lose our items just because you don't want to put extra staff to work.
