PICK N PAY CHIPS : CHIPS ALL WET

I bought a big packet of Pick n Pay chips (spare rib). When opening the packet all the chips were WET!!! I had to go back to Pick n Pay to exchange the packet. The lady helping me was not very helpful and just said \would you like to change the packet or your money back?". I feel at least she could have sent someone else to go and change the packet and to give me a packet free for this problem. This was my time &amp"
