Pick n Pay Chilli Lane Sunninghill sold me expired Simba pop corns

I tried phoning the business today to inform them that the popcorn I ordered from Pick n Pay Chilli Lane via ASAP on October 1, 2025, was expired and had expired on September 25, 2025, but I received no help. I had to wait nearly six minutes for the person who handles ASAP to answer the phone when she was ready to help. I had an important call that I had to answer, so I told her I would call back in five minutes, but they didn't answer. I tried calling more than eight times without getting a response, so I gave up. I am quite dissatisfied with the level of quality and customer service provided.
