Pick n Pay Chilli Lane

<p>I went into the store to purchase a few items after gym, and the cashiers attitude and customer service towards me was pathetic.</p> <p>Is this the type of staff that Pick nd Pay hires to represent their business in the front end? The cashier behaved has if she is doing me a favour by serving me, and doesn't need my business. Prior to that i packed my own groceries.</p> <p>The cashier who served me thinks she is clever and nothing can be done about this, why? becasue she takes it for granted that she will receive her pay cheque at the end of every month. If customers don't support this Pick n Pay branch, how will this store manage?</p> <p>Tell you what i would never enter that store again, and prior to that i rather shop at other retail chain stores around me, rather then using me car and driving to support Pick n Pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>Watch out Pick n Pay, if poor customer service ike this carries on, Pick n Pay will loose valuable customers very fast and will impact the business. </p>
