Pick n pay Chatsworth terrible quality and service

Pick n pay Chatsworth would be one of the worst stores within their group, the attitude of the staff is absolutely terrible, I visited the store on the 24th of November 2018, we encountered 2 problems, the first was that the ladies perfumes were advertised on their shelves for R16. 99, after I paid for the goods, the till slip reflected that the perfume was actually R29. 99 each, when I consulted one of the staff members, they told me the price starts from R16. 99 however each perfume was not priced individually, when I asked why was that done and it basically deceived the shoppers, the staff member told me it comes from their DC like that and that's how they sell it. How many other customers do not check their till slip and are effectively being ****** in this manner? The next problem was that I purchased the beef burgers, I made the beef burgers the next day, the salt content was so high, it basically was not edible. The quality of the burgers were horrid, after interaction with the staff in the store and noticing their attitude, it would be a waste of my time complaining to them,

On a positive note, the service and quality of good that I purchased at Pick n pay GALLERIA in amanzimtoti was excellent, I give them 5 stars, I sincerely hope that pick n pay Chatsworth can look at learning some lessons from Galleria Pick n pay
