Pick 'N Pay Chatsworth Staff have no manners, worst customer experience

I recently visited the Pick 'n pay in Chatsworth. It was one of the worse experiences i had ever trying to shop for groceries. Basic manners and etiquette are clearly not a requirement from any of the cashiers. The cashier in the express till started to shout verbally assault and elderly couple that accidentally stood in the express till and then when it was my turn to cash out, i was also treated in the same manner. We tried to explain to the lady that despite using the same trolley my mother and I are from different homes and are paying separately but she continued to humiliate me and my mother in front of everyone. After the cashier laugh amongst themselves as if its a joke. Its almost as if its a privilege's for us to shop there and deal with their attitude.

I highly recommend others to rather shop at the Spar or the Shoprite not far from there. They give an overall better customer service.
