Pick n pay charged, paid but not delivered

On Thursday the 8th June I placed an online order with Pick n Pay and requested that my order be delivered to a friend in Kempton Park as I live in Zimbabwe. My order came to R13 739.51 and I paid this amount immediately. I booked a delivery slot fir Saturday morning. The order arrived at my friends home where the contents were duly checked by her and the representative/driver of Pick n Pay. There were 4 items missing, 2 x olive oil bottles and 2 x dog shampoo bottles. On Sunday afternoon I started to follow up on these missing items. I received an email from Pick n Pay on Monday morning requesting "full name and mobile number" which furnished by return email. I heard nothing further so chased up on Tuesday morning. Then again on Tuesday afternoon. All I received from Pick n pay were automated responses advising a number for my request. Also received a reference no. Also received a request to rate their service. I am not at all happy with Pick n Pay as I am now out of pocket and the items I paid for I have not received l. Tomorrow will be a week that I started to try and sort this matter out. Anyone that wants to do an online order should perhaps be aware that although Pick nPay receive your money, what they deliver may not be what you paid for. Active if posting this, I still have NOT received either my refund nor the missing items. Celia
