Pick n Pay - *******

It is with the utmost contempt, disgust, revulsion that I write this. Once again PNP MESSED up and deducted R495.58 from my bank account for the above order and only delivered goods worth R297.90. From experience I know I will NOT get a refund or it will be something like R10. I once did not receive goods of approximately R80 and very long after that received a refund of approximately R4.00 (see my order ***, delivered on 26 Oct 2025). You deducted the full amount of R1034.10 and NEVER refunded the chicken breasts that was not included. You are disgusting, dishonest ******* who does not know the meaning of the words "Customer Service", "honesty", "delivery". You also do not pay the driver their tips. That is why I stopped tipping them. In terms of order ***, I am waiting with BATED BREATH to see this ****show playing out with you again *****ING money and not even make an effort to rectify the situation, Shame on you. And being out of Vodka AND Orange Juice? Bull****!!!!!!!!!!
