Pick n Pay Cavendish – You are the best

I visited your store last Friday and received exceptional service from Lulamile. I was looking for big bottles of water and he accompanied me to look if there’s any left. We luckily found it in stock. I then thanked him and said “let me quickly fetch a trolley”. He then offered to fetch the trolley for me, fetched the trolley and went on to load the boxes of water in the trolley. All with a smile. I know that he did not have to do all that for a customer. He could have just pointed me to where the water was and let me sort myself out. But he went the extra mile to ensure that I have a pleasant experience. Later that day I went back to the store looking for Rice Cakes. I received exceptional service from Jonguvuyo again. I was like “haibo…this is so cool”. I would like to say thank you to these two staff members and to management. Such excellent customer service is very hard to find these days.
