Pick n Pay Cavendish Bad Customer service

Pick n Pay Cavendish Cape Town the worst service that I have ever experienced. On Friday, 23/08/2019 stepped out during tea time to buy a flash drive. The laddies helped a customer with a phone cover problem. When done they looked and continued with their conversation when done the lady showed me toward the Lotto line. I asked that not the Lotto line she then asked did you see that line. I just walked off to buy my other items in store when I asked the cashier if I could buy the flash drive also and draw money. She then asked the till packer that said no I have to stand again in the line. She had no money to cash out and shouted at the cashiers who can give the R700. I stood in the line again being ignored, walked off again. Moved to the Lotto line to be helped and then after paying she then informs me that the flash drive cannot be returned. Since working in the Claremont area Pick n pay's the worst place to shop at.
