Pick n Pay Cavendish

A front line supervisor at Cavendish Pick n Pay just humiliated me infront of everyone because I mistakenly stood for more than 15 minutes in a cash only que. I politely asked if i could pay at another paypoint because my daughter is out from school soon and I was screamed at and told to go back in another que. . Humiliated, i asked for the manager and he directed me to the lady behind the cigarette counter. I was then told to wait until she had helped all 20 customers before she can speak to me. I then took out my phone to take a pic of the supervisor, s name badge and the lady behind the counter shouted that if I make a recording, she will lay a ******** charge against me. South Africa has gone to the dogs! Pick n Pay will never see me again!!!
