Today, at the Cavendish store, we waited for over 10 minutes for assistance at the help desk. When no one came forward, we asked a staff member for help. He couldn't seem to find the person on duty and so approached a lovely lady from the cash office to assist us. Laura Witbooi came forward and was so friendly and professional. She quickly assisted us and the rest of the customers in line, and then had another cashier ring up what we needed.

We wanted to thank her for her awesome service! It wasn't her department but she helped us anyway!
