Pick ‘n Pay cash withdrawal
Pick ‘n Pay grassy park Victoria is the worst. Your staff customer service is pathetic. They’re messing up your brand with their poor skills and customer engagement. I ran in for a 2x 6 pack rolls. Went to the till and told the cashier I need to withdraw a R250 from a Capitec cash send. She says she has no cash. It’s 6pm how do you not have cash after whole days transactions. She calls on her fellow colleagues to find out who has cash and the cashier right at the end has but now I have to stand in the line again. I told the cashier but I’ve already waited in this line. The supervisor or manager came over and said I would be served next in that line. However that customer has a huge trolley. I waited. The supervisor/manager then says the banks didn’t have cash and therefore they don’t have cash in all the tills. The 1st cashier then calls me back and then all of a sudden has cash in her till. Then proceeds to sigh because it’s a Capitec withdrawal. Also told me to have a smart shopper. At that point I just left the rolls and walked out the door. Don’t offer the service of cash withdrawals if you’re not capable of rendering the service. Cashiers always have a attitude when they need to do a cash withdrawal or if you wish to pay an account. We’re not asking of their personal funds it’s our own money we wish to withdraw. I happily walked over to Spar and got my rolls and drew the cash send at the spar capitec atm which is conveniently outside their store. Their store was packed but they had someone on the floor in the aisle directing customers personally to tills to spread up the process. Learn from their customer service.
