Pick n Pay cash back

I was at Pick n Pay Frikkie Meyer Express (Vanderbijlpark) store, i asked for cash back the cashier said she doesn't have even her other 2 colleagues they cashed money. I requested to speak to store manager, he came and told me the same thing. I then asked if they don't keep certain amount for cashback request? he say they don't and I should wait for 10 minutes maybe I will get. His name tag was not visible till I asked his name then he showed me (His name is Luciano). I told him I will be escalating the matter, he said please do that.

1. Not happy with the service I got from the store 2. The response of the manager and 3. They way he (Manager) said I must go and complain.
