Pick n pay carnival mall very bad service

I had an awful and very unprofessional service, rude to say the least.

I bought a white glo toothpaste from pick n pay carnival mall store, sometime back, like with the rest of households, you buy toothpaste in bulk maybe 3 or 4 at a time.

When I started using it sometime last week, sadly yesterday the packaging disintegrated the lid broke from this WHITE GLO TOOTHPASTE, so today I took it back to Pick N Pay carnival mall , i was given a very bad service, likened to a ******** this so called assistant manager Pfuno or whatever his name, he he even weigh this toothpaste from a vegetable scale, it weighed 112g, he suggested this was over used , I mean the original weight is 150g, I started using this since last week , I tried to be civil, but the guy was very rude and acted as if he owns the store. I refuse to buy substandard products with my hard earned money. Look into this matter, as I will be escalating
