Pick 'n pay Carlton centre is unsafe and a lot of ******** activity happens in the store

My cell phone that was stole inside Pick ‘n Pay store in Johannesburg Carlton Centre on the 30th of August, I was pickpocketed by people who hang around the store and target customers.

The staff in knows about them yet they take no precautions to ensure that their customers are safe .They also know the place inside the mall where they gatherer,It seem that they don’t care about us as they allow these ******* to do as they please inside the shop.

It seems that they does not care about their customers as they can't not do anything to protect or prevent these crimes, because these boys are not *****ing for the store but only for the customers.

There is no notifications to make the customers aware of the danger .I was told that they cannot do anything because they open up cases but they are released jail after week. My point is that the security guards inside the shop to secure only their stock but not for their customers.
