Pick n Pay Carlton centre

I went to Pick n Pay Carlton centre twice wanting to use my digital vouchers they told me they don't do that and don't know what I'm talking about thier manner of approach is very rude. I then went to South Gate Pick n Pay I was helped and treated very well and I was able to get assisted.
