Pick n Pay Carlton

So sad I have to write this report, my favorite store but disappointed yesterday's experience left me shocked.First I had to wait for over 30 minutes just to buy milk and bread.Kiosk was closed no express till, confronted the manager on duty who was in a meeting (which confused me more as she paid no attention to what was happening on the floor).Than the second in charge kindly explained they were short staffed, one cashier was screaming at the manager who was clearly trying to do his best.Cherry on top bread was expired from the 15th and it's the 17th.I don't know what the hell is going on there.Kabelo was kind enough, the security and the second in charge but clearly the is only much they could do.. Standards have dropped badly this m
