Pick n Pay car license disk renewal is trash

I tried to renew my car license disk with them, paid R845 on November 2022, to date no disk, had to pay last year and this year's fee at the traffic departments' license centre, they didn't recognize the proof of payment (notarised) or affadavit I made... No delivery of service.
