Hi,

This incident occurred about 2 months ago and we have still not received feedback after calling twice.

We searched almost the entire Cape Town for Parmalat 1 + and one store in particular, Capricorn Park informed us that they have stock. We were relieved, only to find out that they do not have any stock when arriving at the store.

The manager called and promised he would deliver it personally, still nothing. Thereafter, I called the call centre which found it on the system and informed me that it would be escalated. Guess what? Absolutely nothing happened!!!
