Pick 'n Pay Cape Gate - slack in response and paying out medical claim after a fall due to their negligence

On Sunday, 26 February 2017, I slipped on a wet floor, where the cleaners did not put out a sign to warn costumers of a wet floor, and injured my right ankle and elbow. (When the cleaners saw me fall, they quickly ran and put a sign over the marks where I slipped.) I immediately went to the manager's cubicle to report the fall and they took down my information. I was informed by the person who attended me, that all medical bills will be covered by Pick 'n Pay. The next day, Monday, a lady from PnP Cape Gate (unfortunately I can't remember her name) phoned our home telephone, where she was informed that I was at work, and although she said that she would contact me on my cell phone, I am still waiting for that call. On Tuesday, 28 February 2017, I went to the doctor because it was still very painful. I was given a script for pain medication, and splints for both my ankle and wrist, and was booked off for three days so that my foot could get as much rest as possible. That afternoon I contacted Pick 'n Pay Cape Gate and she said that she would come and collect my accounts, to the total of R1 042,14, and she arranged to come and fetch it as I had trouble getting around. Eventually, after many phone calls, she came on the Thursday and took the forms. On the Saturday morning, she phoned to inform me that the wrong forms were filled in and I went back in on Sunday morning, 5 March. I haven't heard anything since.
