Pick n Pay Canal Walk - Up your game!

Every shopping experience at Pick n Pay Canal Walk is a complete disaster. If it's not a rotten salad, or a cheeky cashier then yesterday I stood waiting for someone to assist me at the bakery stall for about 5 minutes while I could see the staff standing in the back having a juicy gossip session. I work in the area and would much rather walk to the other side of the mall to their competitor. I honestly expect more from this retail chain, especially in an upmarket location like Canal Walk.
