Pick N Pay canal walk (horrible managers)

I am shocked that i am taking time out to write this complaint. i have been shopping at canal walk pick n pay for years. me and my wife leave our area to go there cause we have always received good service there. however the last two occacians was just horrible we witnessed how staff was treated by front managemenent. refering to the two col females not sure if they are manageers or supervisors. how they spoke to the staff literrly shouting at the individuals the first time the person was standing infront in the managers box or area shouting at a staff member busy mobing up over the cusotmers everyone could hear the conversation what made it worse the manager/supervisor was shouting then chatting to the one next to her saying how she is going to give this person a warning all infront of the shoppers. the second time was much worse. we were at teh till point and the supervisor came from the side and noticed the till opperator on his phone at this point we were waiting for the person that helping out to go check for a price. please understand me when i say the till opperator was wrong to have the phone on them however there is a procuedure to follow. this manager or supervisor called the next person and said to sit on the seat of the one that was caught with his phone and was going on you know what you id come come let me sort you out infront of us when the matter escalated it was a shouting and at this point we walked out left the stuff and said this is not on. we go to the store to shop nopt to witness ill treatment of staff the thwo col ladies should go for training the one is light of complection and the other is short muslim lady but both have no way of speaking to their staff
