Pick n Pay Canal Walk

Pick n Pay canal walk one of the biggest malls in the western cape and biggest stores. No customer service or etiquette. The Store is extremely old and shelving looks extremely poor . Express tills only have one cashier daily and on its busiest days 2 cashiers. Staff complain they are over worked cause the manager does not or never books enough cashiers, this is extremely pathetic to say the least. Canal walk Centre management penalizes you for the finest detail why are they allowing pick n pay to look and operate as a ****A shop. Please get you store in tact and up to standard with sufficient staff at all times and also not forgetting the deli a sight for sore eyes no one would want to eat from the deli at the canal walk branch. I sincerely hope this review will make a difference and make the pick n pay canal walk more user friendly and not forgetting the fridges never work.
