Pick n Pay Canal Walk - bad management!

Pick n Pay Canal Walk branch never has enough tellers open. On a weekend morning to only have 2 tellers (out of a possible 15) open is shocking. We’re supposed to be careful during covid but we’re made to queue for 30 minutes. I understand that shops get busy but to be understaffed so hugely (especially in a country with such high unemployment) is bad management. When I requested to speak the manager he took ages to arrive and then was stroppy with me because I complained. I won’t be going back.
