Pick n Pay Canal and PnP ASAP App

Such terrible Service from pick n pay,

Made a purchase at 12, still haven't gotten my ASAP waited 20 minutes for my call to be answered to escalate the matter at 2pm.

I get told the order hasn't been attended to at Pick n pay canal walk. If I'm requesting they cancel my order, they say they will refund the money to my ASAP wallet, but on 3 to 10 working days into my account.

The order is not done but they won't give my money back to use another provider.
