PICK N PAY CAN NOT PROVIDE !!!

I am so disgusted in the lack of communication when it comes to pick n pay !!!!! i went to pick n pay parow center on the 15th of January to get my favorite Noodles (Indomie) only to be disappointed again that they are out of stock !!!! i asked one of the ladies in front to call me as soon as they get stock in i was prepared to buy e boxes ! a week has passed and no one called me . some time in the beginning of February i decided to go to Pick n pay Family store in Parow same thing happened i left my details again with a nice young lady at the front deck and she promised to let me know asap (bare in mind my uncle got a box of noodles the day before from them that's why i rushed and tried my luck!!!!) Up untill this morning i still haven't heard a single word from either pick n pay parow center or family store parow!! This morning i went to both this stores again and this lady just bluntly told me at the front deck they dont have and she doesn't know when they will get nor will she beable to call a different store to find out if they have !! PERTETIC i tell you !! after waiting almost a whole hour for the manager to eventually come and see me at parow center he promised the entire world to me that they will let me know but did not take my details untill i offered to do so !!! I am so disappointed in the service that i have been receiving from both parow center and family store pick n pay seeing that im in those two stores almost everyday , You should either give your staff communication skills training or take drastic measures when it comes to how you customer needs to ne treated !!!!
