Pick n Pay Campus Square supervisor!

Personally I feel like the supervisor (young male) there is just insensitive and does not try to mediate customer's grievences, he just adds on to the grievences by inconveniencing customers further. Two encounters where I have had a problem in the store and it couldn't be attended . He doesn't have an appropriate leadership style nor customer service skills... Fortunate for him I am not a difficult customer but I am not happy at all, his performance evaluation should be re-evaluated as he does not represent the store too well. Efforts should be placed to improve on his interpersonal skills.
