Pick n Pay - Camps Bay - Stop Abusing Customers!

<p>I will rather go hungry than ever set foot in this store again. My family and 9 neighbours agree.</p> <p>The constant ABUSE and mortifying manner in which customers get treated by the staff at the paytills at Pick n Pay Camps Bay has reached an all time high! This message is not just from me, but from my many friends, neighbours and other acquantances in our neighbourhood and surrounding areas. Enough!</p> <p>Everytime we go to this store, we go in a good mood, with the best of intentions. Some of us leave angry, others in tears. The staff at the paytills think it acceptable to speak to us in the most mortifying ways for no reason. When we complain to the manager (which we have done more times than we can even count), they just say sorry, but nothing ever changes, in fact, it is getting worse. </p> <p>Stop treating us like animals, we are humans. </p> <p>Shame on you, Pick 'n Pay. This is certainly not the first you're hearing about this. You are well aware of the terrible customer experience that patrons of your Camps Bay store have to endure. And you continue to do nothing about it. Shame on you!</p> <p>Also, run a mop over the floor once in a while. This is where people buy there food, it should at least be clean.</p>
