Pick 'n Pay Call Centre

Their online delivery service is great! Their after delivery call centre is beyond dreadful. I received a delivery on Saturdy 22 March. 3 things missing. I emailed their online call centre immediately. No reply. I remained them on Tuesday 25March. Nothing. On Wednesday 26, I messaged on Facebook and phoned *** and held on for 7 minutes - Unanswered. Then I received both an SMS and an Email saying query closed as resolved. Anyone with some other way to get through the brick wall surrounding their Online Call Centre. So frustrating and pathetic service.
