Pick n Pay

I wrote not long ago about an ill treatment by the staff of Pick n Pay Silver Water Crossing in Silverton. Just to clarify before this incident I have never had any problems with any on their shops and they are my shopping place. I also must state that their customer care called afew times and assured me that, they do not agree and they are condone the actions on the security guy who harassed us. They are following up with the security company and am waiting for feedback to hear further what happens. The security guy and everyone involved do need to learn that they are not allowed to harass, I'll treat or assault the clients.

I will continue shopping at them, perhaps not the same branch but other branches. I thank this platform for helping us voice ourselves against this big companies.
