I'm a regular customer in pick n pay, on the 22nd of December I bought meat for 350 Rands. On arriving home the meat had funny test, I returned it back with the one I cooked. The butchery manager (Kenny) refused to change meat even with evidence, he was so rude and all the butchery staff where laughing at me instead of helping me. I felt so useless and disappointed with the way they handled my issue. I'm so disappointed in your staff Pick n Pay Teach them how to handle customers Very unhappy customer
