Pick n Pay busy corner worst service of the year

Hi, on Saturday I was humiliated and insulted by your staff member at Ebony Park Busy Corner Mall, I demanded to speak to the manager, to which I was told he was not at work. I then wrote an email to Alex, who has not responded to date. I have had bad experiences with the store in the past without them being resolved by this Alex. Last time he wrote me a 5 page email explaining that he worked in the mediation and is the best manager to resolve queries, but he never resolved any, hence his staff feel free to just insult customers in full view of others, I want that girl who insulted me disciplined, and let Alex know that I will be returning the items I bought and cut ties with Pick n Pay and their subsidiaries. Why should we keep on supporting such nonsense of business? Tell that Alex to open his emails and acknowledge my email, then advise on what steps he took to discipline that staff member.
