Pick n Pay BT Ngebs
What an absolute terrible experience. I recently visited Pick n Pay Mthatha at BT Ngebs mall. I get to the till and the cashier by the name of Bulela Tubela asked me to take out my own items out of the basket, mine you it was only 4 items in the basket. She did not even have the audacity to even say hello. How does Pick n Pay even employ such caliber of staff??? Is there even a recruitment process in place??? Does the cashier even understand what customer service is??? My advice to all future customers is not to visit Pick n Pay at BT Ngebs and rather shop at Spar or Checkers
