Pick n pay Brits Bad Service

I bought a cake from pick n pay brits today, and the cake is stain is not fresh I looked the date in the cake and it's 27/2/23 which means the change the dates, so today it was my son birthday and we didn't celebrate the birthday its so disappointing really, and I have to send another money going back tomorrow to return the cake.
