Pick n Pay bring my microwave back

I bought a Russell Hobbs microwave on the 16th of January and it stopped working beginning of April and I took it back on the 6th of April of which I was told it would take 16 days to fix and brought back but till today I haven't gotten my microwave back.Everytime I go there to check what is happening,I am told to wait for a call or get told some stories.I now don't know who to turn to because no one is willing to help.I just need my microwave back whether fixed or not.
