Pick n Pay Brandwag -

Pick n Pay Brandwag is really not matching up to any expectations after the "new owners or rebranding or new management" happened. I went today, as i do everyday as i work almost next door to them however after going to the kiosk till with my groceries - a staff member in a black shirt took cigarettes to another till, looked at me and left me standing there without saying 1 word and no one was present at the kiosk. Then another staff member came and said to me that if i wanted smokes, they will bring for me so i must go to the other tills. Ok fair enough however i wanted to take advantage of the PLAY ENERGY DRINK SPECIAL which was behind the kiosk so i helped myself ( no one was even paying attention ) to moan. furthermore, even making me more upset and 100% the inspiration to write this review, i have had a restaurant and spent many a night crying knowing the damage these reviews do so i never ever do complain however if i was a supplier that offered a working fridge to a store for my product and it wasnt working or not plugged in or anything like that and i wasnt aware ( i can only assume that PLAY isnt aware ) and my clients were drinking warm drinks - I would be livid!! I am livid!! We run a special however please drink it warm in 35 degree Bloemfontein whether??? its really not on.... so disappointing as the staff also do not attend to clients nor does management seem to be empathetic...
