Pick n Pay Bracken City. After joining three separate check out queues and asking the cashiers if I could draw cash and being told by each one that they do not have cash I noticed one cashier with an open drawer with a large amount of cash and joined her queue. She also informed me that she had no cash and when I challenged her said she had to keep the cash for their SASSA clients. A supervisor was called who also told me that on the day only SASSA card holders could draw cash. Blatant ************** by Pick n Pay in favouring one group of people over another. A complaint to Pick n Pay was referred to the store and a supervisor phoned me to apologise. Seems the Store Manager had better things to do than handle a complaint by a client of over 30 years. The Store Manager had obviously made a decision and instructed his staff to blatantly lie to the public. Where is the integrity of Pick n Pay Management? As Pick n Pay have already failed in their pitiful business recovery attempt I do not need to be contacted.
