Pick n pay braai pack is so hard

On the 6th of August I bought 3 5kg Braaipack store name the pick n pay 1 it soon hard I can't even swallow it cooking it alone is so hard . I really like Pick n pay braai pack but the 1 I bought recently I'm so disappointed
