Pick n Pay Boulders Midrand has a Rotten Potato

I went to pick n pay Boulders after a long day to do my groceries, as usual i went around picked what i needed. i waited on the queue and waited until it was my turn to get the assistance. unfortunately i only realized when i was already the second customer to be assisted that the till only takes 10 or less products but because the lines were so long i was not going to start afresh. so as soon it was my turn i approached the till and i immediately apologized for being in the wrong queue Alina Mohapi the cashier did not wait for me to finish she said in her words " angithi you can see its 10 items or less but ungenile anyaways so dont apologies" i was so surprised because that not how you treat customers. but because i wanted to be polite i stood there felt the need to explain my self still. she continued and said " pass your groceries let me scan them so you can go" i have never felt so much anger that lady reduced me to nothing that is not acceptable especially because i was so nice to her. i work at customer service i know that customers can be unreasonable hence i apologized to her but do not treat people like that. if i am being honest i am questioning the hiring process there , because that lady is not representing your brand in a good way she's very HOSTILE
