Pick n Pay Bottles TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE

I had the worst experience with Pick n Pay Bottles APP. I placed an order on the 25th July and my parcel was delivered with 2 items short. I called as soon as I unpacked and realized my items were not delivered. I was told by Vuyo that my items would be delivered before the end of the day, because the system showed that my items were in stock. 10 days later, my 2 items had not been delivered and i had heard nothing from Pick n Pay, When I called, I was told by Yolanda that Vuyo is not in and that he will call me back the next day. Its been 7 days since then and Im still waiting for Vuyo to call me back........... I will NEVER recommend Pick n Pay Bottles to anyone. Their customer care is pathetic. Nor will I ever again use Pick n Pay Bottles App.
