Pick n' pay bottles is ridiculous...

I placed an order on pick n' pay bottles. When I placed the order, the app said it will be delivered 2-3hrs later which is ridiculous but I accepted anyway. Exactly 9hrs later I'm still waiting for my order and no one is saying anything. I sent a message to your in-app support to enquire, they responded 2hrs later with an apology but still no explanation about what's happening. It took you minutes to debit my account yet I'm still waiting for delivery 9hrs later. I want a full refund for the inconvenience, and I still want that order delivered.
