Pick n Pay Bottles app not working

I was so excited to try sending my parents some groceries via the Bottles Grocery essentials same day delivery app powered by Pick n Pay. But the app keeps saying the connection is failing. Pick n Pay online's soonest delivery time slot was 5 day's time. Very frustrating and disappointing.
