Pick ‘n Pay Bottles App is a waste of money!!!!

I ordered from the bottles app this morning at 7:30am. The time kept on changing and I eventually only got my delivery at 15:45pm which was 3 hours after the ETA. Once I opened my packages my 30 eggs were completely broken. I did not receive the Mrs ***** Chutney bottle, nor two of the broccoli and cauliflower’s that I ordered. The Kellogg’s 2 min noodles chicken x5 packet was also missing. I have contacted support but the support number is not available. And my messages have not been responded to either. This is very poor service. I would like a refund the broken/missing items to the value of R177,95 ASAP. I will not be using this service again. It is not reliable or efficient. Waste of money!!!!
